Clean, crisp and fresh but with lots of body expressing and highlighting the characteristics of the grape varietal from the Paarl/Swartland region.
Plenty of ripe apple and citrus fruit with a note of honey and a lovely richness finished off with delicate floral flavours. This wines thrives on gently spiced foods and seafood.
