Doran Grenache Blanc 2018 Tasting Notes
Harvesting/Cellar:
This cultivar chosen because of it’s affinity with the warmer climate experienced on Doran Vineyards. No crop control was applied, so the crop was generous!
Fermentation:Free run juice after crushing into old French barrels. Malo-lactic fermentation in barrels.
Maturation:Wine left on it’s lees for 14 months before bottling.
Winemaker's notes:A full bodied wine with a crisp and lingering acidity. There is apple and pear on the nose and is a well rounded and integrated wine. Certain to be a wow wine!
