A stunning barrel fermented white blend. This is a Chennin Blanc led blend with Grenache Blanc and Roussanne that give soft floral hints with tropical fruit as well.
This is a lavish and weighty wine yet balanced with a delicate acidity. It has many well layered depths of tastes with toasted almonds, honey and pear being prominent. A soft minerality adds to a long smooth finish.
An expressive subtle wine to be enjoyed on it's own or with food to bring out it's exotic flavours. Excellent with Asian cuisine, salads, light pastas and white meats.
